• We will provide you with the payment information when you make your reservation. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking with us and it is within 15 working days of your reservation date, your payment is non-refundable but your reservation can be rescheduled. Cancellations before that time are given a full refund . Cash or cheques on the day are not accepted. We ask for a £100.00 deposit to secure your reservation with us. This deposit is non-refundable
